IT'S KIND OF A FUNNY STORY

I already knew in winter that the GAIA'S ARK BAG (small) by CULT GAIA would be my companion in spring and summer this year. 

So I accepted a very good Christmas offer from CULT GAIA and had the bag sent to my friend Ava in L.A., because I was planning a trip to Los Angeles for of my wedding (and so I could avoid the customs issue). 

It was just that my friend got her son in January and understandably had other things in mind than my bag. I never asked if the bag arrived because I didn't want to bother her with such little things (and I was sure it arrived)...until February when I dropped the question. As her reaction was "Oh, crap! That was your bag! I didn't have that on the radar," I knew there will be something exciting coming. 

The following happened: Ava was still at the hospital when the GAIA'S ARK BAG was delivered to her home. Her husband didn't recognize it as a bag and thought it was something for the baby and asked Ava if it was for her. She said, no, she didn't order such a fancy bag and she certainly won't get it as a present. She told her husband to ask their neighbor Camille Rowe (note: the model) if the bag belongs to her because things for Camille were delivered to Ava's place every now and then. No sooner said than done. Camille Rowe accepted the bag in the belief it was a PR sample for her.

Well, the mission then was to reclaim Katja's bag, which wouldn't have been so difficult if Camille Rowe hadn't moved in with Harry Styles of One Direction on the other side of L.A. in the meantime. After a few days Ava was able to reach Camille and of course, she returned the bag with an apology. 

To sum this story up: My GAIA'S ARK BAG lived with Camille Row & Harry Styles for 2 months, which makes it kind of special to me since it comes with this funny anecdote. What do you say?

Ich wusste bereits im Winter, dass die GAIA'S ARK BAG (Größe small) von CULT GAIA meine Begleiterin im Frühling und Sommer werden würde. 

Ich habe daher ein ganz gutes Weihnachts-Angebot von CULT GAIA angenommen und die Tasche zu meiner Freundin nach L.A. schicken lassen, weil aufgrund meiner Hochzeit ja ein Trip nach Los Angeles am Plan stand (und ich so die Zollthematik umgehen konnte). 

Es war dann nur so, dass meine Freundin im Jänner ihren Sohn bekommen hat und da verständlicherweise ganz andere Dinge im Kopf hatte, als meine Tasche. Ich habe sie nie gefragt, ob sie denn angekommen ist, weil ich sie nicht mit solchen Kleinigkeiten belästigen wollte...bis Februar, wo ich dann die Frage dann mal gedropt habe. Als ihre Reaktion "Oh Mist! Das war Deine Tasche! Ich hatte das nicht am Radar" war, wusste ich, dass es spannend wird. 

Folgendes hat sich zugetragen: Meine Freundin Ava war  gerade im Krankenhaus, als die GAIA'S ARK BAG geliefert wurde. Ihr Mann, konnte damit nichts anfangen und dachte es wäre etwas für's Baby und hat Ava gefragt, ob das wohl für sie ist. Sie meinte, nein, so eine fancy Tasche hat sie nicht bestellt bzw. bekommt sie soetwas sicherlich nicht geschenkt, daher soll doch mal die Nachbarin Camille Rowe  (Anmerkung: Das Model) fragen, ob sie nicht ihr gehört, weil des öfteren Sachen für Camille bei Ava abgegeben werden. Gesagt getan. Camille Rowe hat die Tasche im Glauben, es sein PR-Sample für sie, angenommen.

Die Mission hat dann also gelautet: Katja's Tasche zurückerobern, was an sich nicht so schwierig gewesen wäre, wäre Camille Rowe nicht in der Zwischenzeit an's andere Ende von L.A. zu Harry Styles von One Direction gezogen. Nach einigen Tagen konnte Ava Camille erreichen, die Tasche dann natürlich mit einer Entschuldigung retourniert hat. 

Zusammenfassend lässt sich also sagen: Meine GAIA'S ARK BAG hat 2 Monate bei Camille Row & Harry Styles gewohnt, was ich schon als ganz lustige Anekdote empfinden. Was sagt ihr dazu?
