TIME FOR A LITTLE OOOOOOOOOM

Yoga mat 'OEKO' by LOTUSCRAFTS made of natural rubber. Size: 180 x 61 cm, 4mm high. Available in various colors.
My old yoga mat has served its time after approximately six years. When looking for a new one I came across  Lotuscrafts, an Austrian label producing fair and sustainable products. They offer beautiful, aesthetic, durable and high-quality products - the ideal requirement for my new yoga mat.

By the way, the pictures were taken at HOT YOGA VIENNA, Gumpendorfer Straße 63c/1, 1060 Vienna, where I tried out my yoga mat for the first time. I like - in the true sense of the word - the sudatory 1 hour Fusion Yoga sessions in this intimate and cosy studio. Each session at approx. 37°C  forces the detoxification of the body, unwinds the mind and takes the body to a splendid condition of relaxation.

Raffle: Together with Lotuscrafts I'd like to give away one yoga mat in the color of your choice.
All you have to do: Leave a comment with your name + your desired color - here or on Facebook (facebook.com/thingsblog) beneath the post about Lotuscrafts. No legal process. No cash settlement. Closing date: 15.04.2017.

Yogamatte 'OEKO' von LOTUSCRAFTS aus Naturkautschuk. Abmessung: 180 x 61 cm, 4mm dick. In unterschiedlichen Farben erhältlich.

LOVE YOUR TEETH

Electric toothbrush 'Sonicare DiamondClean' by PHILIPS (limited rose gold edition).
At the age of 35 I fulfilled myself a little dream. I invested in braces (Clear Aligner) and I'm so very happy with this decision. It is not a big change but definitely a significant one. So, no wonder that the topic of mouth care is in the focus now (which doesn't mean at all that the topic wasn't important to me before).  It is just much more fun to give my attention to my teeth, when I'm really happy about the way they are. To cut a long story short: I needed a new electric toothbrush. Until recently I was a "supporter" of  Philips' main competitor. But there was a problem when it came to the battery's lifespan. After a short time the battery got really weak.  I did some research and found out that this problem doesn't exist with Philips toothbrushes, because they are powered by an lithium ion battery. This means: once charged two people can brush their teeth twice a day for 14 days. The battery will not be harmed even if you charge it without being fully emptied.
I got impressed by the way the toothbrush gets charged: just put it in the included glass and it sources its power via induction. When traveling the travel case - which is a charger at the same time - is your perfect companion.
What's new to me is that the  'Sonicare DiamondClean' cleans with  sonic technology. This means a whooping   62.000 (!!!) brush head movements per minute. No wonder at all that my teeth do not only feel clean but actually are.  Five different cleaning programs and an integrated 2-minute timer are self-evident.
