I LOVE YOU SO MATCHA

There's no day going by without me sipping an iced matcha latte. It is my guilty please...if you could call it "guilty" since matcha is full of beneficial ingredients. But be aware that there are significant differences when it comes to quality and taste. One of my favorite matcha brands is HEALTH BAR.

They offer organic matcha from the Uji region in Japan, along a selection of super pretty matcha bowls and other tools. The typical earthy taste is intense, what I like a lot because I do not need to use a lot of spoons to even get the matcha taste in my latte (meaning: it is a sign of very good quality). And last but not least, the beautiful and eye pleasing packaging...what can I say...you eat (drink) with your eyes.

Es vergeht kein Tag, an dem ich nicht an einem eisgekühlten Matcha-Latte nippe. Es ist mein guilty pleasure... wenn man es "guilty" nennen kann, denn Matcha ist voll von gesunden Inhaltsstoffen. Aber Achtung, es gibt erhebliche Unterschiede in Bezug auf Qualität und Geschmack. Eine meiner Lieblings-Matcha-Marken ist HEALTH BAR. Davon gibt es Bio-Matcha aus der Uji-Region in Japan, zusammen mit einer Auswahl an superschönen Matcha-Schalen und anderen Utensilien. Der typisch erdige Geschmack ist intensiv, was ich persönlich sehr mag, weil ich dann nicht viel vom Pulver verwenden muss, um den Matcha-Geschmack überhaupt in meinen Iced Latte zu bekommen (was ein Zeichen für sehr gute Qualität ist). Last but not least: Die schöne und ansprechende Verpackung... was soll ich sagen... Das Auge isst (trinkt) bekanntlich mit.
