Just a few years ago I often had the Christmas presents already in October. Times have changed - I'm now a last-minute gift-gatherer. But that doesn't mean I don't worry about what I put under the Christmas tree. Basically, I like to give things that I would be happy about myself. Quite often beauty products come into play because both my mum and my friends are very beauty affine and love to discover new products (for themselves). My path then always leads me to DOUGLAS, where I find all my favorite brands such as Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown and bareMinerals under one roof. I would like to show you three of my Christmas gift favorites today.
Firstly, there is the Eau de Cologne "Lime Basil and Mandarine" by Jo Malone. With Jo Malone, I'm always spoilt for choice because every fragrance is an olfactory sensation. In "Lime Basil and Mandarin", peppery basil and aromatic white thyme give the scent of lime a surprising twist
Another all-time favorite product is Bobbi Brown's' Crushed Lip Color Lipstick'. Long-lasting, nourishing and enriched with intensive pigments, the lipstick - by the way in every color - creates the perfect look. In the winter months I like dark, rich red tones, which is why I plead for the color "cherry".
Last but not least... the "Hidden Treasures" eyeshadow palette from bareMinerals. It contains 18 beautiful, highly pigmented nude shades with a matte or metallic-glossy finish, which can be applied in an extra-comfortable way and can also be combined with each other and smoothly blended.

Noch vor ein paar Jahren hatte ich nicht selten die Weihnachtsgeschenke schon im Oktober. Die Zeiten haben sich geändert - mittlerweile gehöre ich zur Sorte „Geschenke in letzter Minute besorgen". Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass ich mir keine Gedanken darüber mache, was ich unter den Christbaum lege. Grundsätzlich schenke ich gerne Dinge, über die ich mich selbst auch freuen würde. Ganz oft kommen da Beautyprodukte ins Spiel, weil sowohl meine Mama als auch meine Freundinnen sehr beauty-affin sind und es lieben, neue Produkte (für sich) zu entdecken. Mein Weg führt mich dann immer zu DOUGLAS, denn dort finde ich all meine Lieblingsmarken wie beispielsweise Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown oder bareMinerals unter einem Dach. Drei meiner Weihnachtsgeschenk-Favoriten möchte ich euch heute zeigen.
Zum einen wäre da das Eau de Cologne „Lime Basil and Mandarine" von Jo Malone. Bei Jo Malone habe ich tatsächlich immer die Qual der Wahl, weil wirklich jeder Duft eine olfaktorische Sensation ist. Bei "Lime Basil und Mandarine" verleihen pfeffriges Basilikum und aromatischer weißer Thymian dem Duft von Limetten einen überraschenden Twist.
Ein anderes all-time-favorite-Produkt der 'Crushed Lip Color Lippenstift' von Bobbi Brown.
Langanhaltend, pflegend und mit intensiven Pigmenten angereichert zaubert der Lippenstift - übrigens in jeder Farbe - den perfekten Look. In den Wintermonaten mag ich dunkle, satte Rottöne, weshalb ich hier für die Farbe „Cherry" plädiere.
