Eine clevere Lösung: Ein aufblasbares, extrem stabiles und zugleich leicht zu bedienendes Zelt. Den Rahmen, das IDG (Inflatable Diamond Grid), bilden 5 doppelwandige Luftkammern aus Polyester und thermoplastischen Polyurethan-Folien (TPU), die auf dem geodätischen Prinzip basieren. Beim Aufbau fungieren sie als ein Luftkreislauf, der nach dem Befüllen in 5 separate Luft- kammern unterteilbar ist. Diese Konstruktion macht das Zelt 'The CAVE' flexibel und gleichzeitig stabil. An dieser, der Molekularstruktur eines Diamanten nachempfundenen, aufblasbaren Gitterstruktur sind Innenzelt und Außenzelt eingehängt. Das Zelt wiegt knapp 5 Kilo und ist nach nicht mal 60 Sekunden aufgeblasen und einsatzfähig. Das Zusammensetzen von Einzelteilen oder Einhängen der Zelthülle ist nicht nötig. Der Runde Grundriss bietet 3 Schlaf- oder 6 Sitzplätze und auch der Abbau ist ebenso schnell erledigt wie der Aufbau.

Heimplanet’s 'The Cave' is an inflatable geodesic dome, which offers one of the most interesting designs. It has got the most efficient and stable structure – the molecular structure of a diamond. It is called IDG - the Inflatable Diamond Grid. Pitching takes less than a minute. You take the tent out of the bag you pump it up and you are ready to feel at home. There are no parts to put together. It is not even necessary to use any line to stabilize the structure, unless you expect a storm to arise.
While the tent is sized for 2–3 persons to sleep in, its 'Round Ground' design offers space for up to six persons to sit together.
