A PERFECT COMPLEXION FOREVER

DIOR takes the word "Forever" very seriously when it comes to foundation, because both "Dior Forever Skin Glow" and "Dior Forever" (velvet matt finish) ensure the perfect complexion for a full 24 hours - flawless and without a mask-like effect, because the pigments adapt to the skin tone. The formula is enriched with active ingredients such as rose hip extract, which reduce the pores. This means the pores are permanently reduced every time the foundation is applied, and isn't that what we all want? But it also has other characteristics that are usually only attributed to a face cream: it moisturizes the skin (with the help of pansy extract), counteracts irritations, smoothes the skin and protects it from UVA and UVB rays with SPF 35.

DIOR nimmt das Wort "Forever" sehr ernst, wenn es um Foundation geht, denn sowohl "Dior Forever Skin Glow" als auch "Dior Forever" (velvet matt finish) sorgen ganze 24 Stunden für den perfekten Teint - makellos und ohne maskenhaft zu wirken, denn die Pigmente passen sich dem Hautton an. Die Formel ist mit Wirkstoffen wie Hagebuttenextrakt angereichert, die die Poren verkleinern, das heisst mit jedem Mal auftragen werden die Poren nachhaltig verkleinert, und ist das nicht das war wir uns alle wünschen? Die Foundation hat aber auch weitere Eigenschaften, die sonst nur einer Gesichtscreme zugeschrieben werden: sie versorgt die Haut mit Feuchtigkeit (mit Hilfe von Stiefmütterchenextrakt), wirkt Irritationen entgegen, glättet sie und schützt sie vor UVA- und UVB-Strahlen mit SPF 35. 

The foundation also has the ability to adapt to lighting conditions, which flatters the complexion. It is very easy to apply, whether with a brush or fingers. I think it's simply a matter of taste and has no effect on the result.

Die Foundation hat zudem die Fähigkeit sich den Lichtverhältnissen anzupassen, was wiederum dem Teint schmeichelt. Sie ist superleicht aufzutragen, egal ob mit Pinsel oder mit den Fingern. Ich denke nämlich, das ist schlicht und einfach Geschmackssache und hat keine Auswirkung auf das Ergebnis. 

The foundation has found a permanent place in my bathroom. I would also like to recommend it to you. I would be very surprised if you wouldn't also have your pleasure with the flattering, natural (and yet covering) finish. 

And then there's something else I want to show you in the course of this article: The mirror "Flip" by NORMANN COPENHAGEN. In our bathroom the lighting conditions are - well, let's call it that - suboptimal. That's why I set up a little make-up corner on the sideboard in the bedroom, because we are blessed with enough daylight here. That was finally a reason to get me the table mirror "Flip". In my opinion, it's not only super beautiful in design, but can also be turned up and down and around its own axis. This means that it fulfils its function 100%. What I particularly like is the small tray at the bottom, in which jewellery that I wear regularly finds a perfect storage surface.

Die Foundation hat bei mir fix Einzug im Badezimmer gehalten. Ich möchte sie euch auch unbedingt ans Herz legen. Es würde mich doch sehr wundern, wenn ihr mit dem schmeichelnden, natürlichen (und dennoch deckenden) Finish nicht auch eure Freude hättet. 

Und dann ist da noch etwas, das ich euch im Zuge dieses Beitrags zeigen möchte: Der Spiegel "Flip" von NORMANN COPENHAGEN. In unserem Badezimmer sind die Lichtverhältnisse nämlich - naja nennen wir es mal - suboptimal. Daher habe ich kurzerhand eine kleine Schminkecke am Sideboard im Schlafzimmer eingerichtet, weil wir hier mit ausreichend Tageslicht gesegnet sind. Das war endlich ein Grund, mir den Tischspiegel "Flip" zu besorgen. Der ist - meiner Meinung nach - nämlich nicht nur superschön im Design, sondern lässt er sich nach oben und unten sowie um die eigene Achse drehen. Das heisst, er erfüllt seine Funktion zu 100%. Was ich besoners mag, ist das kleine Tablett am Fußende, in dem bei mir Schmuck, den ich regelmäßig trage, eine perfekte Ablagefläche findet.
